Terms of purchase

What you need to know before paying, with no small print. If something isn't clear, write before you buy and we'll sort it out.

01 · Who sells it

The seller's details.

Frank Alejandro Sera Griñán
Tax ID Z1331218Y
C/ Joaquín Costa 3 · 34001 Palencia (España)

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

02 · What you buy

A licence to use it, not a subscription.

VoiceFlow Pro costs €59, VAT included, as a single payment. It doesn't renew, there are no recurring charges and there's nothing to cancel.

  • It's a personal licence, tied to your iCloud account: it works on all your devices and on nobody else's.
  • It includes one year of updates from the purchase. After that year the app keeps working forever on the versions it covered; what stops arriving are the new ones.
  • No time limit on use. It doesn't expire.

03 · Delivery

By email, and with one step from you.

When you pay you get a confirmation email straight away. The licence itself follows as soon as we know which iCloud account to tie it to — if you paste your code during payment, it goes out in the same message.

If you don't use iCloud, say so when you buy: an unlinked licence is issued and works just the same.

If 24 hours pass and nothing has arrived, write. This is sent by hand, not by a robot: a person does it and things can go wrong.

04 · Refunds

Thirty days, less what the bank charged.

You get the amount back minus the payment processor's fee, around €2. The bank keeps that when charging and doesn't return it when refunding: it isn't a charge of ours.

The 30 days are voluntary and go beyond what the law requires. Writing is enough; you don't have to explain yourself.

05 · The right to withdraw

And why we ask you at checkout.

Buying digital content gives you fourteen days by law to withdraw. That right is lost if you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose it — which is exactly what the checkbox at checkout says, and why it's there.

If you don't tick that box, you keep your fourteen days with a full refund and no processor fee deducted. Ticking it is what lets us hand you the licence the same day instead of waiting two weeks.

Legal basis: article 103.m of the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

06 · Your data

Your email, and little else.

To sell you a licence we need your email and, if you want it tied, your iCloud account code — which is a meaningless string, not your Apple ID.

They're used to issue the licence and to help you if something goes wrong. They aren't passed to anyone, there's no newsletter and there's no profiling. You can ask for them to be deleted by writing to the address above, knowing that without them we can't reissue your licence if you lose it.

The app is a different matter: it has no accounts and no telemetry, and nothing you dictate leaves your Mac. It's spelled out on the privacy page.

07 · If something goes wrong

Write first.

Almost everything gets sorted with an email. If we still can't reach an agreement, you can go to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Spanish law and European consumer law apply.

This English text is a translation for your convenience. The seller is established in Spain and the contract is governed by the Spanish version, which prevails if the two ever disagree.
